The Abbaye de la Pierre-qui-Vire farm is situated in the heart of Burgundy, on the edge of the Morvan Parc. It is named after the hamlet where the monastry settled in 1850, next to a dolmen : La pierre qui vire. The farm keeps a herd of 80 'Brune des Alpes' cows on the monastrys' land, and the milk is used to make cheese and yogurts of outstanding quality. The farm has been using organic farming methods for over 40 years.
