A truly small scale oil pressing workshop:
Nicolas Nansot's workshop is in Saint-Père, and open to visits when he is working. Year round he grinds different types of completely organic nuts and seeds to obtain virgin oils from walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, poppy seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, hempseeds, mustard, sesame, sunflower and even coconut oil. They are subect to a single cold press with absolutely no aditives. They are simply left to settle a few days before being filtered and bottled on site, where you can taste before buying!
