Twelve local wine-growers manage 34 hectares of vines with great enthusiasm and respect for the environment. The vines are tilled, harvesting is done mainly by hand, and a sustainable approach is ensured. The Bourgogne Vézelay appellation was awarded in 1997, and the cooperative’s terroir wines sport the “Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan” label. There are open days in May and August (see website for more information), and the site is accessible for people with disabilities.
