The Château de Vault-de-Lugny restaurant is located in the luxurious and intimate setting of the Château, which dates back to the thirteenth and seventeenth centuries. Chef Franco Bowanee uses produce from the vegetable garden to create his menus, including his vegetarian menu, mushrooms and truffles in autumn. Romantic candlelit dinners in front of the fireplace or on the terrace during the summer, the Château's restaurant is sheer gourmet pleasure. The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner.
