Various famous artists such as Fernand Léger, Le Corbusier, Paul Eluard or Romain Rolland liked to stay at Le Cheval Blanc for its warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. Today, the owners Carole and Richard perpetuate the welcome extended to their guests and provide a mix of traditional and new wave cuisine.
